At D3, we have the experience and expertise to facilitate testing and certification of our own new or existing designs, providing the validation and certification required to finalise a designed product.
Pressure Testing - Hyperbaric
Up to - 1400 Bar (20,300 psi) at 200°C
Equivalent Depth14,000 metres below sea level
Test Media of Water/ Oil/ Water and Glycol
Typically we would look to facilitate the testing of a pressure-sealed component for 24 hours with the production of a detailed test report and certificate.
Load Testing - Tensile, Compression & Torsional
Tensile testing up to 40 tonnes.
Compression testing of parts up to 8 tonnes.
Torsional Testing up to 8 tonnes.
Test plates and jigs can be designed where required.
Overview Testing
We can go to testing facilities to manage and ensure manufactured parts to be tested under the correct conditions and suitable operation.
Although everything at D3 is designed and calculated appropriately, physical testing is still required to ensure safety regulations are followed.
We have experienced, Chartered engineers that can overview the testing and ensure everything is done appropriately and to your satisfaction.
